The bright interior is welcoming, and the distinctive decorative features are picked out in a calming Nordic palette. This high specification, luxury, spacious cottage sits in a lovely location in the fenlands of Cambridgeshire and is a state of the art ECO build.
The cottage benefits from underfloor heating throughout and has a super log burner for those winter evenings.
French doors from the living area lead outside to the huge enclosed garden perfect for al-fresco dining in fine weather.
The high quality super-king mattresses and soft linen will leave guests feeling refreshed and ready to seek out more of what this unique part of the Cambridgeshire has to offer.
All on one level, and with level access from the driveway, it is also perfect for those who prefer not to use stairs, or for wheelchairs and less able guests.

Inside Willow Cottage you will find a large open plan kitchen diner with a stylish dining table.
The kitchen provides all utilities including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two electric ovens, induction hob, microwave and wine fridge. The separate utility room includes a washing machine and boot/coatroom.
Out in the newly landscaped garden, there is bistro seating for up to 8 guests, so treat yourself to some alfresco dining at any time of day.
Stored for your convenience, there is salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, cling film and foil, toilet rolls, soap, bin liners, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and clothes detergent.
Ocado (Waitrose), Sainsbury’s and Tesco deliver directly to Willow Cottage, so you can order your shopping with delivery on your arrival.
The fabulous log burner is a real focal point of the large open plan living area, with a generous starter basket of wood and kindling supplied (with more available from your very own log store).
Relax on one of the 2 inviting and sumptuously soft sofas, piled high with plump cushions, fluffy blankets and cosy throws. Snuggle down to watch the internet-enabled TV (with DVD’s also provided).
The cinema room provides a great space for both adults and children complete with a comfy sofa, giving a full cinematic experience with a selection of DVD's for all the family to enjoy.
Head out into the half-acre garden to enjoy the country air or a few outdoor games.
The garden is a fantastic area for you and your guests, catching the evening a sunset from a private patio area.
Twenty seconds from the back garden you can access the Old West River and take in the beautiful scenery Gravel Farm has to offer (with views to Stretham Church and Ely Cathedral).
The games room has a pool table and table tennis.
Willow cottage sleeps 8, all on ground level.
We have two luxurious master bedrooms with super king-sized beds each with their very own dressing room and en suite with shower cubicle, with two further private bedrooms, again both with comfy super king-sized beds.
All beds are zip and link so can be made up into 4 super-kings or 8 singles or a mixture of the two depending on your requirements.
All bedrooms are complete with pocket sprung mattresses, furnished with deluxe linens, cushions and throws promising a blissful uninterrupted night’s sleep, making it even more tempting to enjoy an early night or a lazy morning in bed!
The deluxe family bathroom features both a large bath and a walk-in shower. With the addition of the two en-suites, there shouldn't be any queues for the shower.
Complete with super soft towels, on heated towel rails in all bathrooms, for all guests.

The property was completed in February 2020 and is extremely efficient. It is built using a highly insulated timber frame structure, with underfloor heating (via air source heat pump) throughout. A mechanical ventilation, heat recovery system continually extracts stale air and provides a continual supply of fresh, warm air. Electricity is provided via solar panels. The property achieved an EPC of 111 (92 is required for an A rating).
